- Our client are an established regional Main Contractor
- They have had an extremely busy year and have a number of new projects starting throughout the South East Region
- Typical project size from £1m - £20m and can be planned and reactive maintenance schemes
Role Information:
- They refurbish and maintain residential properties, schools and MOD buildings
- The work involves the internal and external refurbishment of residential properties, the role will be advising clients and site teams on fire regulations and procedures on site.
- The role is permanent position
- Strong FRA knowledge required
