Recruitment Consultant

Kennet Solutions is a specialist niche agency that recruits white-collar/technical professionals within the Civil-Engineering and Construction sectors.

Established by our Director Amrit who was a surveyor himself, we have been successfully recruiting candidates for almost 10 years for all major UK construction contractors.

Due to recent success, the business is considerably increasing and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help us consistently deliver the best level of service to our clients.

The role

• Prospect and develop new client relationships as well as maintain existing ones


• Work closely with the Service Delivery Team to assist in the sourcing and screening of potential candidates

Who we look for

• A minimum of 6 months experience within recruitment


• Previous experience recruiting within the Civil-Engineering or Construction sectors is a big plus (but not essential)


• Enjoys working independently and being part of a small growing team
