Quantity Surveyor / Harlow / Permanent / Property Services
Kennet Solutions are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with a planned maintenance & refurbishment background to work for an established main contractor based in Harlow.
You will be working on a long-term framework contract overseeing internal and external refurbishment works for a local authority. Works will include windows, doors and roofing renewals, as well as kitchen & bathroom upgrades, re wires, decoration works plus more.
You will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the contract such as cost value reconciliation (CVR’s) final accounts and procurement works.
