Kennet Solutions have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor based in Essex
Our client are a reputable main contractor who are very busy with High End Residential refurbishment projects. With a full order book of current and future projects starting in 2021, they are looking to appoint an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Typical projects would have a project value between £1m - £10m. The role will involve working closely with the operational team managing all the commercial aspects of a project from post-contract through to final accounting. The successful candidate will be based in the office with regular visits to site, many of the projects will be in London and Essex. As an experienced Quantity Surveyor you must have knowledge of cut and carve, internal structures, basements and fit out aspects of the projects.
Reporting to the Commercial Director this appointment will be a key member of the team and play an important role in the future success of the business
To be considered for the role you would require experience with a reputable main-contractor or sub-contractor, have a can-do attitude and be proactive in your approach to delivering projects.
