Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Rapidly Growing Contractor / Essex
Kennet Solutions are looking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Our client are a young and growing contractor with a fantastic pipeline of secured works moving in 2021. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant QS to support the companies Senior Contracts Manager and Director.
The successful candidate will have a key part to play in the company’s growth over the next 5-years. The company specialize in projects including Highways and s278 works, Hard landscaping, heavy earthworks and groundworks and also formwork. They have a strong list of reputable clients working on major across London, Home-Counties and into the Midlands.
To be considered for the role you must have experience I the following:
- Pricing from materials schedule
- Cost planning
- Submitting and managing applications for payments
- Managing valuations on projects
- Manging and dealing with clients including change
The company are looking at paying a competitive salary and will also be happy to assist with any educational/university fees after a successful probation period
