Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Kennet Solutions is working exclusively with the subsidiary of the world's largest construction group looking for an Asssitant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. 

Company & Role information:

• The company specialises in Heavy Bridges and Structures works


• Works include repair, protection and strengthening of structures. They also include specialise in diagnostic surveys, repairs, refurbishment, bridge bearings and cathodic protection to reinforced concrete in the building, civil and marine sectors


• You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors, applications for payments, reviewing invoices, putting to together cost and timesheets


• This role will suit you if you enjoy fast pace, smaller value works as they have 70+ live projects across London 


• This could be a good career step if you enjoy working for large, established Main Contractors

What the Client Requires:

• Experience within the Civils or Build sectors 


• They are open to consider either an established Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor


• Experience in managing multiple projects independently 


• UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in UK 


• Can easily commute to West London 3 times a week (2 days WFH are offered)
